"Our kitchen remodel with Top Remodeling was a breeze! Ben's attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new kitchen."

"Did not grade some topics as the work has not started yet but based on the customer service I think that the quality of work will be outstanding."

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled by PI Kitchen and Bath in Frederick and had a really positive experience. Our old kitchen felt dated and we wanted something brighter, more functional, and with better storage. The team helped us rethink the layout, choose cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures without making the whole process feel overwhelming. Communication throughout the project was very good. There were a lot of decisions to make, but we always knew what was happening and what the next step would be. The workmanship and attention to detail really showed in the finished kitchen. It feels like a completely different space now, and we?re very happy with how everything came together."

"VKB Frederick remodeled our basement and turned an area that was mostly being used for storage into a space our family can actually enjoy. We wanted it to feel comfortable and finished, but also practical enough for everyday use. This was our first renovation of this size, so we had plenty of questions throughout the process. The team was responsive and explained things in a way that made it easier for us to make decisions. We also appreciated the crews attention to the finishing details because those little things really make a difference once the project is complete. The basement no longer feels like a basement. It feels like another level of our home, and we are using the space far more than we expected. We?re very pleased with the transformation and would recommend the VKB Frederick team."

"The project went well, they were very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again for future projects and recommend to friends/family"

"While the inital scheduling was a little rocky, I found the crew to be friendly and professional. While they were here, I asked about some drywall repair (settlement cracks and lifting drywall tape) that is an issue in all of the upstairs bedrooms and master bath. The crew immediately told me what was wrong, what needed to be done and offered what seemed to me as a very reasonable quote. Then, they performed the work immediately! Time will tell whether the issue is permanently fixed, but initially, the work looks good.

"RCH Construction was great to work with. Professional and responded promptly to messages and phone calls. I absolutely love my new kitchen and bathroom."

"I was very pleased with the entire project. Their work really helped me out. They have great customer service and finished the project promptly. You couldn't ask for anyone better."

"Wow! Not sure how to say it more...just wow! Edwin, Leo, and the Pena team are amazing. They painted the exterior and interior of my home. Took about 2-weeks which isn't bad for such a big job. They were pleasant, experienced, and went over and beyond my expectations. On the exterior of my home, they found rotten wood behind my chimney (which I never would have seen) and replaced the wood immediately. In the interior of my home, they moved heavy furniture to paint behind. Absolutely amazing! I chose wisely with Pena Brothers. I would hire them again without hesitation. I highly recommend Pena Brothers Construction. Thank you Edwin and team for a job well done. Extremely pleased with the outcome."

"Great guy, casual approach, does not ask enough questions. As a homeowner, I don't have his knowledge and is up to him to educate a little better. Overall, very, very good."
