He and his assistant are prompt, courteous, careful, explain what they recommend and why, are efficient and tidy - and charge reasonable fees, no pressure."

"We had a major plumbing problem that resulted in a backup so that we could not use our sink, dishwasher or washer. The first plumber worked a short while and announced that he could not resolve the issue.
