"My initial contact was with Mark in late August or early September. We had arranged to meet and discuss the work that I wanted performed (pointing up the mortar on the brick chimney and under the windows on the front of the house). There were scheduling problems (for both parties) after one or two attempts and I was later contacted by Josh, who finally came out to my house in mid September to look at the job. I was impressed with Josh's knowledge, enthusiasm, and answers to my questions.
After discussing the scope of work to be performed, Josh assured me that someone would get back to me within a week with an estimate so we could schedule the job over the winter months. After a week went by, I called to see of they were working on an estimate and was assured that they "hadn't forgotten about me". After another 2 or 3 weeks, I called both Mark and Josh and left a message to see what was up as far as the estimate and scheduling.
It is now the second week in December and still I've heard nothing. I like these guys and I would like to have them perform the work, but at this point, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't want to do the work because it is not a big job. If that is the case, it would help if they would just tell me so. I hate to look elsewhere, but communication is an issue here so I may have to give up on these guys. Too bad.
I rated them as a "C" overall, with a "D" for responsiveness (or lack thereof) offset by a "B" in punctuality and professionalism

"Had this company clean/inspect our wood burning stove when we bought our house a year ago. After the huge wind storm the cap for the chimney fell off. Called around 11am to get it repairs… Chris had his crew around our area was literally there in less than 20 minutes and everything was fixed! Awesome company. Will be using them for everything."

"Milton was very professional and curteous. His work was very good and neat. It was a very small job but important to me to get done before winter. Milton did not short cut the job because of it's size, which impressed me. He also did not not overkill the job where others gave me estimates to shore up my porch roof, tear out all of the brick, and re-construct the entire porch face. Milton kept it simple and effective; grind out old grout and repoint. This also impressed me."

The contact was prompt, they started exactly when they said and finished 2 days later only, one because of rain and the second one because of additions that I did to the original design. The outcome is just beautiful. Several neighbors have contacted them while they were working, once they realized how good a job they were doing. The price was fair, considering the quality of stone and flagstone, and it was exactly what they estimated, except for the additions that I requested, that were priced fairly as well. A total success!"
