They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. "Called Colmar to have leak repair on wall in living room. This led to finding leak in chimney/roof. When repair was being done, we were very much impressed with people on the job and the excellent work. This led to our extension of contract to have much needed work to be done on our home. All work has been professionally done and we are extremely satisfied with the completion of each project.

Price of the complete project was very reasonable and each project called for a variety of expertise which was provided all along the way. I would highly recommend Colmar for any project that is needed."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."
