"I had never used Angi's List before, so I didn't quite know what to expect. Within one minute of submitting my request, I received a call back from Yansel. We were looking to remove old drywall in a garage kitchenette and replace it, repair the tile floor, and re-open a door that had been covered with double drywall. He offered to come to our house and quote the project that same day. He arrived within 30 minutes, and after a quick tour, he gave us a verbal estimate. We received a written estimate that evening as promised and hired him. He showed up the next day and obviously had a clear plan of exactly what he needed to do. Within minutes, he was well within the project and didn't stop working until a full day was done. The following day, he arrived on time as promised and completed the job WAY ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS and a day early! Yansel is a true professional. He is a good listener, straightforward and honest, and a very hard worker. We will be hiring him for all of our remodel projects in the future. If you are looking for a reliable pro to make sure your project is completed correctly, Yansel is your man."

"Oscar was very professional. He promptly responded to my request and arrived on time as planned. They made sure all the details were discussed as to how to proceed for the best satisfactory outcome. They took the time to protect the surrounding areas not to damage furnitures and adjacent wallS. In the end, I was very pleased with the project, service and price. I would recommend without reservation!! A"

"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

"I contacted Jose early in the morning and he was so responsive in scheduling our appointment for a quote that morning. He arrived wearing a mask which put me at ease during Covid and came a little early for the appt. He assessed the drywall repair work and gave me a very reasonable price for the few hours he worked. I was very pleased with the hole he patched up and painted; and he got rid of the drywall water damage stain. All in all an excellent job. I would highly recommend Jose, skilled, professional, and friendly."

He did a fantastic job, was timely, professional and importantly the quality of his work was excellent. We subsequently hired him again to resize all the internal doors in the house after we had our floors retitled. Again the work was excellent and Marshall polite and professional as before. Would highly recommend."
