"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Travis was great! Could not have been happier to have him. My refrigerator stopped cooling, and he was able to come same day to check it out. If he had the part needed it would have even been fixed same day! Arrived next day and arrived exactly when he said he would, and fixed the issue. Could not ask for a nicer guy or better service!"

"Amazing service and great experience. Not to mention knowledge about the appliances. Oren is the best! I highly recommend FIVE STAR SAME DAY APPLIANCE REPAIR without reservations. Our dishwasher was repaired within 24hrs and would have been faster had we been available earlier for Oren to come by to evaluate it. Oh and he is very clean with the repairs. Definitely a five star company!"

"I had an appliance issue and Fix Masters Appliance Repair handled it quickly and professionally. The technician was on time, explained everything clearly, and the visit fee went toward the repair cost. Reliable service I would definitely recommend."

"Five is only half the score I would give this gentleman if possible. We have never experienced a service man anywhere near as honest, straightforward and helpful . Why can’t the work quality rating be five stars, we were only allowed 4.5. We now know how A1 Appliance Repair has stayed in business for over fifty years."

"Great job. Professional, prompt and efficient service"

"The project was initiated when I discovered it several outlets were not working around the house. They came out, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate of what needed to be done. In addition to the repairs, I also contracted them to install a tankless water heater. The item specified on the initial estimate included to complete restorations. , To complete circuit restorations panel rejuvenation. The project as far as it went went well until they quit showing up and quit responding to my request for information. I have paid the 25% deposit for the project and have not paid the balance because the contract states the balance history paid when the work is completed, which it is not. I m not trying to get out of the bill, I m simply wanting to get the invoice corrected based on information they had given me earlier have the project completed that is complete the installation of the hot water on demand system. I ve called text emailed many times since then and no one returns my calls. Once in a while, yes sir will pick up and talk to me and tell me yes that s being addressed right now and we ll have it all taken care of for you today or tomorrow and he never calls me back or contact me anyway my objective in contacting you is my hope that you will be able to get Mr sparky s representatives to reach out to me to finish up the project. They will not give me the direct contact information for the Fort Myers branch office, which is where the project was housed out of."
