The process of selecting our new shingles and other materials was very easy, and I understand from friends in the business that we got quality materials. When the work was completed it was done well. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The one negative is around clean up. A month later I find a few roofing nails in the yard and some misc old shingle and roof paper debris that comes from gutters, bushes and trees. Not a large amount and I hear from others that had their roofs replaced this is normal. For the approximate estimate the roof surface area is 2942 or 29.42 squares."
