"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"The project did not get started on the date we were told and there were delays throughout. It took over three months to get the new windows installed and the trim work completed. There was a definite language barrier between the roofers/siders and the homeowner. Even though it was very hard to communicate with the workers, they were very nice, prompt, they acted professionally and they could always direct you to their foreman. When the project was completed, it turned out very good. Justin did a remarkable job. Sunnie was always there to take our calls and was prompt on getting back to us with answers. "I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."
