"Not only did they do some electrical wiring upgrades but also installed backyard lighting including landscape lighting and motion sensor lights. Installed electric to our hot tub. Ran conduit and installed power to our outdoor "tiki bar" During the holidays they did our Christmas lights. On a Sunday afternoon we placed an emergency call as we noticed smoke and smell coming from our outdoor meter. They not only showed up right away but found that our meter was completely corroded and a potential hazard so they worked for hours until the job was finished. "I’m using my Pampered Chef Air Fryer/Oven! This probably doesn’t sound like news to you but it is! I have had this appliance for months but have been unable to fully use it. It kept tripping the circuit breaker. I had a very difficult time trying to get an electrician. Some didn’t call back. Some didn’t show up. And then I went to Angies list and found Isaiah Smith from I.S Electric. He called right away and showed up the next day-early! He listened to what I wanted ( a dedicated line for my air fryer), then he looked over the space, my basement and the circuit box. He immediately quoted me a price then said he could get started now. I was like what??? I have been waiting for so long that I thought I must have heard him wrong. Nope. He dug right in and within a few hours my dedicated line was ready for use. He was very reasonably priced. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and amazing. I will definitely call him with any electrical issues I have!"

"I needed my sump pump replaced, wanted to add a water pressure back up system and had them install a new garbage disposal that I had purchased myself. I had installed our previous disposal myself but I figured they were already coming so I would have them install the new disposal. First of all, the work was excellent. My main problem was with the cost. When I questioned the high rates, $285 to install the disposal and $542 for a new sump pump and installation, I was told that they have pricing set by "job" not by actual time necessary. That was the least expensive model of sump pumps. Another model was $300 more. The backup sump pump would have to be done on another day so it was not even considered at the time, although the prices of the other jobs made me concerned that it was also over priced. Since you are charged a fee for having them show up at the door I decided to have them do the work but I had a feeling the jobs would not take more than an hour. They had two plumbers, one was experienced, and the other one seemed to be learning on the job. Either way, each one was done within an hour. In hindsight I should have trusted my instincts and paid the mandatory "visit" fee and hired another company. If you take the cost of the pump out of the equation I paid $285/hr and $392/hr respectively more than double the highest national average. I will never use this company again because they are taking advantage of people. I would highly recommend that you get some estimates before they show up... don't get charged a flat rate for simple jobs. Don't be afraid to say no and hire another company."
