"Donald was well known to me, as he totally refinished my living and dining room wooden floors about 7 years ago, and installed new wood floors in my kitchen and breakast room. He did an outstanding job. At the time, he told me he was expanding his services into tub and tile refinishing. <br /> So, when it was time to and quot;refreshand quot; our very small and outdated master bathroom, I gave Don a call. Two contractors had given me estimates of 11,000 to 12,000 dollars to totally gut this 6' x 7' bath, and I wanted another option. <br /> Donald came as scheduled for an estimate and spent plenty of time with me discussing what he could do to give our outdated bath a new look. The price was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work to be done! First, he removed the old toilet and sink, and prepped all the tile and grout lines. He also removed the old tile floor and fixed the subfloor in preparation for our floor guy to come and retile the bath. Then, Don resurfaced the entire tile wall white (from yellow), and sprayed the bathtub white from it's original ugly green. He then went back and redid the black tile border on top. Everything looks stunning. Donald spent several days transforming this tiny bath, and the results are outstanding. <br /> Donald is very professional and explains everything. He is extremely attuned to detail and obsessively worked on the color of the tub and tile until he was satisfied. He cleaned up everything and left the room immaculate. <br /> I highly recommend Interior Maintenance Services when looking for a quality update at a very affordable price. I wish I could post pictures! <br /> I will hire him again to resurface an old built in dresser, and to refinish the bedroom hardwood floors. <br />"

"we had concrete floor torn up for new drain tile placement in our basement done. As you can imagine lots of dust and dirt left on everything. The thought of cleaning it was daunting. We called Obanion Cleaning service to give us an estimate to clean everything. They did a GREAT job, reasonably priced. Steven the owner and 2 young men came when they said they would. They worked all day until the job was done. They moved heavy work benches back against the wall, wiped down everything on the workbenches and cabinets. If it had dust on it, it was wiped down and cleaned. They are great guys, very polite hard workers. Not only would I recommend this cleaning service I did. I told my best friend about them and she called immediately to clean up a nasty problem in her basement. She said they did a great job and was so happy to have that nasty mess cleaned up and basement disinfected. They are great and reasonably priced."

"Dave and company were awesome. Absolute professionals. We have a 100+ year old home with the original top-nailed oak. Some of it needed repaired. Can't tell the difference between the original and the repaired sections. Dave applied four different stains in a swatch-like fashion to the floor so we could pick we which one we like best...something no else offered to do. Punctual, competitive pricing, cleaned up like they were never there, extremely responsive, and our floors look absolutely amazing. We are plan to use Advantage Hardwood floors again next year to do our 2nd floor."
