What I appreciate most is that if something unexpected comes up while he’s working or something doesn’t go as planned, he is quick to communicate, explain what’s going on, and come up with a new solution. He doesn’t leave you wondering what’s happening and always makes sure the job gets done right. Very reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
