"Called Air Comfort Services for repair work on my 15 year old Lennox AC. The service repair tech was able to repair but also explained the problem and cost of repair for my AC due to it still using R22 refrigerant. Had Steve R, a service estimator come out to price out a replacement unit. Steve was prompt to arrive, professional and courteous. Reviewed the proposals and decided to replace both AC and furnace. Nichole and other office staff where courteous and friendly when I called about some questions I had. They informed me when Steve might be able to get back to me to answer my questions and Steve always return my calls promptly. The office staff kept me informed of the day and time the installation would occur. On morning of installation, the installation technicians, Jason and Matthew, arrived on time, started promptly, kept me informed of their progress, where courteous, professional and efficient.
