"Travis and his team were TOP NOTCH and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for concrete work or excavating. When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. He and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final results of their work. It also should be said that Travis is a very cool guy that keeps things direct and simple - he's a real joy to work with from start to finish."

"With JLP Unlimited, Jared is the one who dealt with us start to the end. He was very professional when he came to our house to give us a bid. He seemed well experienced to let us know the process and turn around time. We weren't planning on doing ceiling but he convinced us to repaint and I am so glad that he did! The rooms are so much brighter and I was shocked the color difference of before and after!  He was on-time and clean up was spotless and I was very impressed because you hear so many horror stories about that. I loved our finished project!! I love my new trim works in all the rooms and doors. He even helped us picking out a color using a designer! I am very particular and picky so I almost expect problems when I hire contractors. I really didn't find anything when he did a walk through with us when it was completed. I mentioned a small thing and he took care of it right away. Again, I'm very particular but I would recommend Jared to any of my family and friends with no hesitation. "Randy came out to quote us for cement apron and asphalt driveway giving an idea of how much our neighbor's portion of the shared entry was.  He listened to our concerns regarding drainage and presented reasonable solutions.  Unfortunately, it was a bit out of our price range and something we wouldn't benefit from since we were selling our house.  He gave us the option of just replacing our apron, sidewalk, and step.  Based on how much the original concrete sunk, we found out we really only needed one step to get into the front door instead of 2.  The guys came to do the work and got it all done in one day.  They did a great job and While out checking on the guys, Randy pitched in and swung the 20 lb sledge hammer with the young ones.  A team effort where you can see how much pride Randy and crew has for each job.  Thank you and see you at our next house!
