Jeff and Azael were not only extremely helpful in assessing the pre-repair situation, recommending what should be done and preparing a detailed work plan and estimate for the project, but in executing the project rapidly with care and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the new, re-sloped flat roof areas (including new metal trim and drains), the new clerestory windows, and the newly re-shingled mansard sections, which are a perfect match for the section we didn't need to replace. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. Roxanne was so helpful, willing to work us into their already packed schedule, that same week. Rafael repaired a problem that was causing water to run behind a gutter and down the side of the house, and cleared a blockage in the downspout. He installed new lead seals on two plumbing stacks. He also examined the entire roof, as well as garage roof, explaining in detail what did not need any work now and what might need attention in the future.
