He presented a full description of the materials to be used and all the details of how the job would be done. The crew showed up half an hour early, moved our patio furniture out of the way to protect it, and then went to work. They all worked in sync, all constantly moving, polite and well mannered. Such a great team. Our roof was done that same day and all the debris was completely cleared away before they left. Also, our new Owen's Corning roof is beautiful and we even have solar powered roof vent fans. We are confident that we made the right choice. What a great company!!"

Although we initially had a couple of cosmetic issues, they were on the correction immediately and would not accept final payment until we were satisfied. I highly recommend them."

"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small. Turns out the water was leaking between the shingle and the plywood so not visible from the attic . Great company and response to my problem . Thank you tony and Shawn."

"From the first call made to Tom was VERY PROFESSIONAL and very down to earth. He explained what needed to be done and what has to be done to bring the roof up to code. On install day his crew was on site early and ready to rock n roll. There were 4 workers and when they started at 830 am had the roof striped off, thrown in a trash trailer, stocked the roof with shingles, laid down,an underlayment and 26 square of shingles, cleaned up and gone at 530 pm. About 9 hrs of work !!! They went above and beyond on quality installation and definitely on the clean up stage (no used nails were found afterwards) All Involved were very professional to the fullest! Would definitely use them again for ANY roofing needs!"

"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all.
