They did send someone out to check out my retaining wall project. The person followed me around while listening to my explanation of the project. He took no measurements, asked no questions but said he would be in contact. Nothing but crickets!!!!"

He send me series of email that was reassuring to me that he will do the work right. On February 20th he text me that he have pinched a nerve in his neck, and shoulder, and will step away , and will not work on it. For 4 months, he took my money, and he said he will not return it. He have scammed me because I live far away, and did not know he was not working on my landscape. He said he is not returning my money back."

Our home is in jeopardy of complete failure. Doors windows, plumbing and electrical are sustining more damage by the day. Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."
