"After an unsightly addition was removed from the 1921 four-plex I was having restored, I was looking for someone to stucco the newly opened face.  A crew member of the foundation repair team suggested Rick Dalton for the job.  I contacted Rick who was helpful in making suggestions to enhance the aesthetics with a textured face.  I decided it would fit well and went with that decision.  His crew was courteous and they made quick work of the task at hand.  He pointed out the numerous cracks in the brick wall and noted his capabilities so I decided to keep him on for a multitude of additional tasks including the great looking soffit job and the structural roof repair for the 1931 building.  In the restoration of older projects, unexpected problems seem to surface, however, Rick has been able to survey the problems and come up with an economical solution numerous times.  I am presently having Rick's crew add a new soffit and brick-work to the 1921 four-plex as well."
