"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. "A+ in every area. The owner called me within about 30 minutes. We talked for 10 minutes or so and I answered his questions about the size, location, frequency, etc of the cracks. He told me there was no need to come out that this was standard and there were no structural issues, but that I should do whatever I could to get the heavy rain water away from the foundation. We discussed some remedial actions that I was considering and he supported them. He would not charge me for his service, saying that it was minimal impact on him. If only everyone was this honest and co-operative."

"I've used Floodbusters twice in the last two years. The first time they came out and sealed a crack in my utility room to exposed concrete. The job was solid, but the sealant they used looked a bit sloppy. I called and the same week they came out and painted over it. Now it looks good! This was in 2019. This past February 2020 I had them come out again, this time they had to remove drywall to access where the crack was. Two different men came out then the first time. They did a pretty good job. All I need now is for my drywall to be replaced and another successful job will have been done and in the books. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend!"
