"Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."

"Lucio was the first call back I had for a leaking roof after a storm. I had previously put in a call to my long time roof repair company but they never called back, so I reached out hoping to get someone to return my inquiry. He had no problem scheduling our first assessment meeting during the weekend. I had one big issue after the job was completed which Lucio fixed as quickly as he could. He was always on time for our appointments and his team showed up an hour earlier than expected to get started on the job which was on a Saturday due to previous rainy weather. He did not hesitate to return my very upset call for the problem and came back that Sunday to correct.
