I think the people we hire should give us a better understanding of their expectation before they perform the service and perhaps I would have not been disappointed because he thought it looked good and told me some parts of the drive were not repairable with seal-coating but I had to complain before he explained this to me. He trimmed a tree that hung over the drive which was a lot to do but left the plastic bags of trimmings that I had to transfer to containers that my township would pickup curb side. "Steve arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned the tub to remove adhesive from the original owners bathmat, completely covered the floor, cabinets and fixtures, and put a fan in the window before beginning the glazing. He calked the tub and the corner tile edge, and cleaned up before leaving. He provided instructions on the cleaning agents to use and cautioned about not using a bathmat with suction cups. Luckily, mine is good for a re-glazed tub, because safety mats without suction cups are hard to find. In all, the job took about 8 hours, and he charged the Angie members price ($300) plus tax. A great value.

"The finish on my garage floor was poor in my opinion. There were broom marks all over the surface although I asked for a smooth finish. I was told by the contractor that I got what I requested since the finish I really wanted was called a polished finish. I am not a concrete professional so I was not aware of the technical terms. I feel that should have been made clear to me when we discussed the project. I ended-up sanding the entire floor on my hands and knees using a belt sander, The finish was still not what I desired."
