It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. "They were very responsive, came the same day to take a look so that they could install following morning. They came right at the beginning of the time window and finished as promised after couple of hours. HOWEVER, when it came to the coupon (which reads: "AQUA PLUMBING & HEATING CO, Water Heaters – $25 off any job for Angie's List members either 10% off up to $250.00 off bill***Please mention coupon when scheduling") they did not give me the 10% off (w`hich `would have been 132.50 USD) but $25 off on 1350 USD. Upon me asking they said the coupon is "awkwardly worded" and it's the $25 off - period. If I would have known that or the person I scheduled with and mentioned the coupon to would have informed me, I would chosen another provider with a better deal."

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."
