"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Extremely pleased with entire window replacement. We had 2 other window companies come out to give estimates. The companies sent out sales men, people who have probably never replaced a window a day in their life! With Action Windows, the owner of the company(Ken), came out and gave the estimate, answered the phone every time I called, and was at my home the entire time during the day of install, working at installing windows. The other two companies we inquired with would not take down my plantation shutters during window install as well as re-hang them. I would need to hire an additional company to do this. Ken at Action Windows took the shutters down and re-hung them with no issues. Ken’s staff was professional and worked hard. They are also his family members, very rare to find small family businesses these days. The other companies told me it would be at least 8-10 weeks before my windows would be installed.... we had ours installed in about 5 1/2 weeks."

I was interested in having the walls and attic insulated. Next Day, Mr. Touma arrived and very straight forward with what needed to be done. No up-selling or hidden costs, and even assured attic insulation alone would satisfy my needs sparing me the extra cost of wall insulation! This company put in time and effort and accomplished outstanding results as the temperateness in the house felt wonderful allowing us to sleep much more comfortably. "Mike Farrell came the day after my initial contact. He was punctual, polite, and professional. This was a relatively small job compared to a house with flood or fire damage, yet Mike treated the job with the same thoroughness as I believe he would a larger job. The work was scheduled within days. Mike came on the first day to guide the set-up so no fumes would go beyond the work area. From there, the workers consulted me on each phase and how I wanted the walls and floors finished. Mike also arranged for a plumber to inspect the water heater to ensure all was in working order. I decided I wanted the water heater replaced and that was quickly arranged. Mike returned to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. "Black Water Construction is incredible. We hired them to build a two level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job, we have been overly impressed by this company. The entire crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skill. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for the this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed and each and every one of them has had the same response, "Wow." The price of the project was very fair and reasonable.
