"Josh did a masterful job. He not only repaired my porch ceiling, he walked the perimeter of the house, found an area of similar disrepair and fixed that. He continued his survey found other areas requiring siding repair and fixed them. All this at NO EXTRA CHARGE! We are talking about re-flooring my deck in the spring."

"I worked with him personall,y he does professional work and tries his best to please the customer!"

"Joe Cunetto came early on the assigned day to scope out a kitchen wall tile installlation. My wife had already chosen the tile and decorative trim. Joe helped us determine the correct tile layout for the room, the proper grout and mastic and sealant to order. I was very pleased in the quality of his work, and in his easy ability to tolerate my questions and educate me during the installation."

"They were wonderful, professional, efficient and did a good job"

"He has done a lot of quality work for us!"

"For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!
Thank you Lee for a beautiful kitchen!"

"He was timely and did for the same price he quoted."

"The reason I have closed the job is because we talked for a few minutes after being on the phone and talking to him of course I had all my measurements and had everything ready while we are on the phone he gave me an accurate estimate and I told him to bring the contract to me tomorrow and I trust the word of this contractor."
