"Repairer came very soon after called, was quite professional in his analysis of the problem. He gave us the information we needed to determine that the repair was too costly.  He offered to apply the cost of the visit toward installation of the dishwasher we would buy.  We planned to use that, but the new vendor offered installation at a lower price.  We plan  to use this business when we need appliance repair in the future.

"I was searching for a provider to fix a 5yr old dryer.  it was making a terrible banging noise, so I decided to seek help
Fewman Service and Repair called almost immediately after an email was sent through Angie's List. 
during the phone call, a time was set up for the provider to come the next day between 12-1 pm.  the provider actually showed up 5 minutes early.
once inside, he took the dryer apart, found the problem, called the parts store, picked up the part, came back immediately and replaced the part.  after putting the dryer back together, the dryer is working beautifully.

Mr. Koehler did exactly what he said he was going to do. He brought everything he needed. He is prompt and very efficient. The work was very well done, it is obvious that he takes pride in his craftsmanship . He left my yard completely cleaned up. He could not have been more friendly, polite, or professional.

I would definitely ask him back. In fact I have already asked him to return to do a possible vinyl siding/roof leak. He is coming to look at it tomorrow. I feel secure that he will and that everything will be done just right.
