"My townhouse is over 25 years old and still had the original builder roof. I started thinking about replacing it since a few of my neighbors had their roofs replaced mainly due to a recent storm that blew shingles off their homes. Being a super busy homeowner, I haven't had the time to even think of it so I put it on the back burner until... Michael Anthony arrived at my house to talk to me about replacing my old worn out roof. Our discussion detailed HCR ‘s roof replacement system - an education for me since all I thought was the old shingles were taken off the roof and new ones stapled on. Let me tell you roof replacement with HCR is not like that at all. Michael explained each step of the system to me. First, the old shingles are scraped off the roof. Then a 2mm barrier shield Is layed over the plywood sub roof to keep out moisture, and then the shingles are nailed on - three nails per shingle. This, he told me, would anchor the shingles so that in case of high winds they would not blow off. Did I tell you about the warranty? My new roof will not give me any worries for at least 25 years and it is transferable to a new owner of my townhouse should I ever decide to sell it. Oh yeah, if a shingle does blow off, they will come and repair it. Peace of mind! The HCR crew was very professional. They started scraping the old shingles off just as soon as they arrived at my job site. After all the old worn out shingles were off the roof, the fun began. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years. When you see an HCR representative in your neighborhood, talk to him. You will be glad you did!!"

"Ark did a full roof replacement for us, and bumped out the roof over a porch area that was a persistent leak problem for us. They were fabulous to work with! We started with an unidentified leak that was causing damage. Ark gave us options for repairs, but also did a full inspection of the roof and identified multiple issues associated with age. They didn't push the replacement, but after getting a few other quotes and inspections we decided to go with a full replacement. Ark's quote was competitive, not the cheapest but felt like the best balance of cost and confidence. They were amazing - came in with a big crew and banged out a 4000sqft roof in two days start to finish. Spotless clean up, and quality work. "I had a leak in the ceiling of my daughters bedroom. I called other companies but nobody could come out for at least a week. I called Guardian Roofing and Chris was able to come out the next day to check it out and give me an estimate. He found the flashing was not large enough and had caused the leak to form so we had the flashing replaced, shingles replaced and a water/ice shield installed over the sheathing for further protection. Chris and Derek came out on Sunday morning to fix the leak and I have not had a problem since. They were both extremely professional and very nice to work with. This was very quickly done and it was during the time when we had rain every day for a week so I was very happy they could come out and safely get this job completed.
