"I experienced serious water damage in my condominium from faulty pipes in an adjoining unit last year. The water had been leaking for some time and damaged walls and floors in the kitchen and guest bathroom next door. It is the type of incident that can quickly become a nightmare and required remediation and significant work. I selected Titan Contracting because Erik Quam was highly recommended. He followed-up with me quickly and provided a detailed, comprehensive estimate. The work was fairly extensive and included hanging and finishing drywall in the kitchen, hallway and guest bathroom, as well as removing and replacing underlayment and subfloor. His team did a very nice job with the flooring, including laying tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The quality and professionalism of the work were really excellent and I adapted the work requirements and had the Titan team complete the other work I had planned for the unit, including: fixing all the kitchen cabinets/hinges/ drawers, install new kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher) and rework the guest bath with a new vanity. Later his team came back and rebuilt the second floor deck on short notice was well. Mr. Quam and his team were flexible with scheduling and handling the communications and coordination very effectively. They did a first-class job completing the work at a very reasonable price. Mr. Quam ensured that everyone involved understood the process, the scope of work, and the parts and labor involved. Very transparent and skilled professional. I highly recommend Titan Contracting."

"This was a large project and it went wonderfully well. Caleb's vision and the artistry, talent and professionalism of the crew were so very much appreciated. "Very pleased with my new bedroom and bathroom. It turned out exactly as we were shown. There is a designer for them who came to our home and showed us on his computer exactly how the addition would look and it was as beautiful as he said it would be. Mark, the owner was so friendly and understanding when we added and made changes along the way. We were very comfortable with him working in our home even when we were not present. "I put in two requests-for-quote on Tuesday 15 January. Within hours, Mr. Handyman of Richmond responded to my requests--and to this date the other two have not. The description by the telephone receptionist impressed me from the beginning: one company, not a contractor with subcontractors, recognizable to any homeowner and recognized in the industry. I accepted the quote, because frankly I was in a hurry to get the job done. The technician did the first job within hours. This included driving out to buy new doorknobs and deadbolts, plus a key-lockable and re-key-able front-door latch and deadbolt set. At the end of the job I had doorknobs that would stay on without coming off in my hand (as the originals did--twice), and four doors all on the same key. I also had a new deadbolt on the garage door and a front door that I could double lock. While he was here I asked him to see to a seam that had opened in some drywall, and remounting a toilet paper dispenser in a bathroom. The second job he finished in about five minutes; the first he agreed to come back for. On the second day he called his office to have them call me--this because I was too far away to hear him knock. So when I let him in, I suggested now would be a good time to install a wireless door chime and ringer set, and to repair a front-porch fixture I had never been able to unscrew. Note: I suggested these extra jobs; he did not push them on me. Except for my having to make two trips to a nearby hardware store to buy some batteries, he did all the work in record time. And because one of these jobs required letting some drywall mud dry before sanding, he was able to complete all these jobs at very little extra charge--because his company charges by the man-hour and materials, whatever the job happens to be. By using his time effectively and efficiently, I saved. The results are everything I could ask for, and getting all these jobs done is a special boon, particularly since I'm planning a long road trip. If I run across any other little thing that needs doing, I'll definitely call Mr. Handyman of Richmond first. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone having a little project."
