"We had a leak that ran behind our siding, which caused the wood to rot. Steve removed our siding, replaced the wood, put down a new moisture barrier and replaced the siding. In addition, we asked him to construct a roof over our front entrance door which involved adding support columns and cutting our handrails to fit the columns. He did a wonderful job, was always easy to reach/professional and completed the work quickly."

"I met Rick and Linda Jenkins at one of the home expo shows that take place in the area throughout the year.  There was something about the way they interacted with me that caught my attention. I felt very comfortable in their presence, not pressured and certainly not 'handed a line'.  After reviewing the information on their website, I knew that I wanted this company to give me a bid on the work that needed to be done on the gable vents of my house.
I called and made an appointment. They arrived promptly at the schedule time, asked for permission to return to do a more thorough investigation of the scope of work, and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Rick clearly explained the choices I had: wood, vinyl, or PVC as replacement materials. He explained the pros and cons of each so that I had the information needed to make the most appropriate decision.
Linda provided the quotes for the two options I was interested in (wood and PVC). She was available to answer every question clearly. I was able to make a decision with no pressure to move into a higher priced option.
The work was scheduled and completed within the specified time frame.  If I hadn't been here on the day the work was done, I would never have known that work had taken place on my house or in my yard--other than seeing new, freshly painted gables. All construction material was cleaned up, no damage was done to either the house or the landscaping. There wasn't even a stray drop of paint that escaped the brush!
I am very happy that I chose RLC Contracting Company to make this repair on my house. I found the Jenkins' to be professional, open, and very easy to deal with. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. They live the values outlined on their website: honesty, clear communication, valuing relationships, doing high quality work. "The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance.
