"As a landlord that lives off island nothing could be worse than having a major issue with my rental property on Maui. After speaking with Joe Avena on the phone he agreed to inspect the property and provide me a detailed quote. His quote was itemized and very professional, he put me at ease to the point that I was comfortable not flying on island to deal with the situation.
