Carpet was $155.00 for 2 bed room, Upholstering was extra <br /> However we have a ocean front condo and lots of tile. <br /> So that always costs alot. $1.55 to $1.65 a foot I think <br /> He vacuums the rooms, cleans the floors with the machines,dusts the molding and little polish on the furniture. <br /> He has lots of projects he is working for many owners.
