"Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."

"The Toilet backed up and we were unable to unclog it.  After calling Andrew with Rose Drain he set up a time and was very professional about what he expected to come and do.   Once he arrived he had to modify his plan explained what he was up to and what it was going to cost.   His service was reasonably priced he was very professional and he arrived at the time he promised.

"I purchased a 20 point inspection on Angie's List for my HVAC system as it was having issues cooling my home. We had multiple days in the low 80's inside the house. The tech came out and was very professional. He did his inspection and found the freon to be low and no other issues. He added 2 pounds of freon to the AC which was not included in the inspection, charged $40/lb.
He told me that it was probably a slow leak and that it should be fine. I'm not sure if finding the cause/source of the leak should be in the inspection, but I hope he's right. I could feel the air coming in from the vents cooling down significantly after he added the freon.
After he left, the strangest thing happened, the humidity on my top floor climbed up to around 85%. For about a week after the service I had humidity levels ranging from 70%-85% and it was quite uncomfortable, even though the air temperature was fine. After some research, I came to the conclusion that the additional coolant was making my system more efficient and therefore moving less air, resulting in more humidity. I made some adjustments to my thermostat settings and now we are usually around 60% humidity, which is acceptable.
I have no idea if the service contributed, or if it was due to the amount of rain we were constantly getting for the month of June, or a combination of the two, but it seems to be working fine now.

"There was some confusion at the onset where the original price quoted was understood as the price for the complete project. The day the painter arrived and started working on the cabinets, we learned that the price quoted was only for painting and that we would need to hire a carpenter to remount the doors to the kitchen cabinets. Had we understood this before, we likely would have gone with another contractor, but at this point we had already started and just wanted to get the job finished. Communication from that point on was very clear and the owner was very invested in ensuring our satisfaction with the work. We would likely consider them for future painting services, but make sure the scope of the project is 100% clear at the beginning."
