"Excellent company to deal with and quality job (new GAF system shingle garage roof installed). Easy to communicate with from start to finish. Jordan did the initial estimate and was always available by phone; likewise the office staff. The job took a half day. The supervisor and 4 workers worked very efficiently, removing the old roof, patching wood where necessary, putting new roof on, & cleaning up. Looks beautiful. And the garden was not damaged. "

"Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

From the specs/pricing of the job, to the actual work, to interactions with the office - every point of contact was extremely professional and prompt. Owner Jasen Muto understands what the customer is trying to achieve, and has a great way of explaining technical things. He values quality and customer service, and instills that in his teams. I can't say enough about the workmen themselves. Polite, respectful, and worked their butts off. The project was finished in much less time than estimated, and looked fantastic. Clean up was great. An added feature that I really appreciated was a Project Manager came during the work and after to make sure everything was going well and I was satisfied. We are a full service roofing company. Our focus is in residential and commercial roofing, We work with many manufacturers for all types of roofing from metal to asphalt shingles to all types of low slope roofing membranes. Additional phone - (508) 299-7663.
"Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."
