Contractor also replaced screens on back porch. Contractor showed up on time, answered all questions happily and left area sparking clean each day before leaving. The painting job was fantastic. I accepted his bid of $1,500, but when he arrived, the contract that he wanted me to sign was for $2,000. I did not have a problem with the $2,000 price. That was what I fe;t that job should have been priced from the beginning. My problem was with proces. I like him and wished he had been upfront."
