"Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing."

Our insurance was really difficult to work with, They didn’t want to pay. They worked really hard with our insurance company sending pictures and answering any questions they had. We got a new roof and siding with their help, which looks great. They also helped my parents get a new roof which the insurance didn’t wanna pay for. They also helped a friend of mine get a new roof also siding, her insurance told her she didn’t need a new roof, but the funny thing was everyone around her needed a new roof, she was so thankful for the guys helping her out.
