"Well... Fair would be the best word. The installer Jay is a nice guy, but in terms of the work I would say fair. The television mounted on the wall seems to be secure ( I hope ). In terms of hooking things up after it was mounted that was another. The inputs were off, as well as a few other things. In terms of having my components hooked up the way they were before the television was mounted, that did not work out so well. Also, I didn't appreciate the hole made for wires on the bottom of the wall left open with no covering. I was not told it was there and only saw it when I moved a speaker. When I told jay about this he told me he could mail me a cover if its a problem. That was not remotely the point , but whatever on that one. I can only reiterate that after spending over $500 I did not plan on rewiring my components or installing wall covers. It took me several hours after he left to get my stuff working properly. After paying $500 plus to get this done, I really did not think I should be doing any of the work. The electrician he brought charged $125 to move the power outlet up the wall behind the television. That was done without any problem and the outlet continued working after he left. <br />"

He upgraded my window system and was a nice guy. My only complaint is that he was rushed to get to the next installation and was not able to take as much time as I wanted to explain the system.
