Ranch's estimate was less expensive and had an optional repair on a side piece of the roofing that the other firm did not notice. He did a good job but told me he didn't know how to fix a section of rubber roof that abutted a wooden gutter that had been covered with metal flashing in the past. "Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."
