"We hired Altitude Builders to replace an existing deck that was old and rotting. After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. My deck is solid, sturdy and beautiful! His workmanship and professionalism were wonderful. We will be using Altitude builders again for additional work in the near future. Highly Recommended!"

"How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. "I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. I’m so glad that I picked Dave Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! Dave’s price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. While it was rare, we had a couple understandable miscommunications along the way. They were extremely fair with how these were handled. Construction costs are so high that it feels really good to still feel like it was money well spent. We also looked at other reputable contractors in the area and found their prices to be competitive. The contractors they worked !with also showed up when they said they would and were polite. Overall it was a really positive experience."
