"Jose arrived promptly on all the dates and times he said he would show up. He worked diligently and consulted me every step of the way. He is a problem solver. He helped me keep my costs down by offering practical solutions. Instead of replacing the old screen door, he recommended fixing it, which he did really nicely. When he rebuilt the closet space, he reinforced the plaster wall to ensure that the shelving and hanging bar will hold. He made sure the reinforcement will look seamless and nice. My tenants liked what he did. He applied chemical to remove the algae on my roof one part at a time and completed the work over a week as he said he would. He power-washed our exterior wall to remove moss that grew on it and repainted the garage door. He and his partner, Claudia, and their crew cleaned our windows inside and out, all 25 of them. They did a good job!"

"It went well. I've worked with Bill in the past on other projects. I've found him to be easy to communicate with, responsive, reasonable and his and his team's handiwork is always good quality. I also asked him to install a new front door, which he kindly agreed to do although it wasn't part of the original proposal ( I paid him but he is very busy and could have easily declined my request). Also, my dogs like him a lot, which is always a good sign! I used the high end materials in the rebuild of the porch to save myself work in the future."

"At first, the old garage door opener failed and the garage door could not open or close automatically (only manually). I called Richard, he showed up on time on a short notice. He gave us some options and explained the cost and the time needed to do the work. He then came another day (I think it must have within 1-2 days after he came for the damage inspection) and installed the new garage door opener along with an assistant. There were no issues with the installation. He also got rid of the old, electrical wiring that was hanging all over the garage and installed new wiring that was nicely installed so that it is not visible to the eye. The new opener (belt)  is definitely much less noisy than the previous (chain) and was worth the extra cost. <br /> A few days after the installation, one of the springs broke and I asked him to come back to see if this is related to his work. He explained that he had not touched the springs when he installed the new garage opener and this was a completely different issue, which made sense to me. He installed new springs the next day at the cost of the parts only. He also installed new insulating material around the door for better weather protection for free (he did not want to charge for that). Again he showed up on time and delivered the work on schedule. <br /> Overall an excellent experience.  <br />"

"I can remotely lower a chandelier from a high ceiling down to the floor for cleaning. The job came out perfect. Ran control wiring from the lift kit to the attic to a new wall switch on the first floor to mount and snake the cabling into the box. He is my go to electrician."
