Pearl responded quickly to our initial inquiry, visited our home, thoroughly examined the project site, made a video recording of the site and the work to be performed, and provided us with a detailed work scope along with a fair price. The communication was very good throughout the project. The project leader was Isaiah Hines, and he and Josie Robles worked all day and into the night to finish the entire project in one day. Pacific Coat spent four days with a two man crew washing, scraping, calking and spot priming before they painted. When they were nearly done they asked me to inspect everything and make a touch-up list. I was pretty picky about it.
