He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. When one of the workers inadvertently damaged an item, his immediate response was that he would take care of the expense of its repair or replacement and he did. ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

"Wayne (owner) responded immediately to my inquiry. Within a day or two he was at my home to see the bathroom and issue with sub-floor rot around the bathtub. He made recommendations. His formal proposal was submitted within 12 hours. He was more affordable and accessible than others we checked into. He gave us a shopping list. We had control over the budget as far as vanity, tub, tile, flooring, and grout was concerned. We made the purchases and Wayne picked up the items from two local stores. It was a lot easier and more affordable than we expected. Wayne and his crew were very nice and pleasant to talk to. He has 12 or more years experience and it shows. There was a small leak due to an old valve that failed under the sink where new faucet was installed. This happened a few days after completion.....I called Wayne and he responded within the hour. He remedied the problem with a new valve and did the clean up....AT NO EXTRA COST TO US. Wayne is a man who stands by his work. I would hire him again. I recommend him to anyone who wants, bathroom or plumbing work..for sure, but he can do just about anything in and around the house. What I like more than anything, he did not sub-contract the job. He was there from start to finish. The cost of service below includes what we spent on the materials we chose to buy.....cost will vary."

"This review is not about this company in particular. I can t write the review about the contractor they sent out yesterday because that information is not in my account online. The guy that came out yesterday was good, but the only thing was he didn t read the directions the storm door provided and thought the hinge to the door was not the correct one. My boyfriend and I had to show him what the directions told us to do, when we tried it ourselves before then he was able to figure it out. He was able to improvise and get the door up around our mistake we made earlier with using too big of a drill bit for the screws provided. He was good with that drill as he didn t have to use drill bits as they instructed to do before using screws. If we would ve known we could do this we would ve never made that mistake of drilling with the wrong size drill bit. He is handy but can tell this was his first time dealing with a modern type of storm door, but now he knows so it s all good. Home adviser please tell him he did a great job because can t find his information on my account to tell him myself. Home adviser really help me as I tried to do this project myself and get two personal people I knew to help me out, but neither worked out for me. Thanks Home Advisor!😊"
