"I just recently became a home owner as my mother just passed away 3&1/2 months ago (I was her caregiver and moved in with her from NJ 3 years ago) and left me the house) and suddenly I was in need of a repair on my refrigerator. Iâ ve been very overwhelmed with everything since mom passed and now not knowing if the refrigerator could be repaired or if Iâ d need a new one which I canâ t afford. I was quickly put at ease with the kind and great customer service provided by Donovan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions and put my concerns to rest. He had great communication as well letting me know when he could be here as I contacted him towards the end of the workday on Friday and he was here early on the following Monday and also let me know when he was on the way and how long until heâ d arrive. Luckily it just needs a reasonably priced part and as soon as he gets it heâ ll return to install it. Very reasonable Service Parts and Labor prices. Sadly a lot of businesses are all about the money & very expensive and untrustworthy and would take advantage of a single woman who doesnâ t know about repairs but not Donovan at Oâ neil Appliance Repair! 10 out of 10 I Highly Recommend Oâ Neil Appliance Repair."

"I am a happy person.  I've finally found "My Plumber", and I have been searching for a while. Jim is a master plumber, with a wealth of experience, and an independent and it shows.  My first call was to have the cut off valves and faucets replaced; they were old and corroded; hard to turn off and on; and beginning to leak a little.  The estimate was reasonable, so I asked about a toilet that  wouldn't flush and refill properly.  When he gave me the options, which included a toilet rebuild, I was skeptical, but decided to have it done because the price was right (way, way better than some of his competitors) and he said that he has had great success with rebuilds.  I also wanted to keep my toilet because of the color. He and his helper arrived promptly, got to work and finished in a timely manner.  It is clear that he is a very knowledgeable person in his field, and he seems to keep his customer's needs in the forefront. I am very pleased with the work that was performed - and the toilet that has been giving us grief for years now works like a charm. Not only will I use him in the future, but I will pass his name along.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"We hired Patrick with Crestview Services LLC to assemble a TV stand for. However, when we opened the box we saw that a major piece was broken. We asked him if he would assemble a loveseat instead. It was an inexpensive piece and the directions were awful. Patrick worked through it even running to the hardware store twice to get replace hardware that did not fit correctly. He did a fabulous job, and we will definitely hire him again when the replacement TV stand arrives. Highly recommend him."
