"We recently had a roof put on our deck and part of the main roof replaced. After speaking with three contractors we chose Tops Roofing and Remodeling. This was one of the best moves we have ever made. the owner spent all the time we needed explaining everything down to the last detail. He said they would not jump from job to job but would be here everyday until the job was done and they were. Everything was done in the time frame he said it would be and done to perfection. The workers were hard working, punctual and courteous. The entire area where they were working was swept, hosed off and spotless every day before they left. Five stars in every catagory!"

"Meredith Home Improvements provided us with friendly and efficient service and a reasonable price to replace our roof. All communication with them, from the first meeting for an estimate to the final walk around after the job was completed, was conducted professionally. They took care to protect the property before and during installation and did a thorough job of cleaning up. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them!"

"From pre-installation through the completed project, Home Genius Exteriors professionals were in communication with me. My roof looks GREAT and I am so glad I had the work completed now and did not wait until spring, especially after I saw what my roof looked like underneath the shingles! The roof was completed in a day and a half and the gutters were completed in 1/2 day. Clean-up was done after each day."

"Project Manager Abe Izzo contacted me after an Angie's List search for commercial roofing contractors near Beaver Falls. Abe was awesome! We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. The newly shingled roof looks amazing, and fit our limited budget perfectly! I strongly recommend Abe Izzo and She'll Restoration of New Castle for all your roofing needs!"

"Serhii and his crew did a fantastic job on our roof, which included removal of old asphalt shingles, replacing areas of wood that were damaged, and complete install if new roof including ice guard, drip edge, step flashing, new boots over vent stacks and asphalt shingle install. Their crew was very professional and polite and followed thru with everything that was included in the quote. They also did a great job with cleanup. Our roof is approximately 25 +/- squares… all work was completed in one day. Fantastic job! The price was very good as well! Highly recommended if you are looking for a new roof 👍👍👍👍"

"Actually, they did a number of projects aside from the shower conversion. They installed windows, a dishwasher, a water heater. They made stairs and railings for my back door and installed a light over the stairs. And they removed the bushes from the side of my house and cleaned up my back yard."

"The crew was punctual and professional and did a good job of protecting our interior from damage from the hoses and traffic in and out. The big problem I had was the fact that insufficient foam was applied on the first go-round. The specs called for an average of 7and quot; of foam on the roof and after they left I measured it as 4-6and quot; in most places and 7and quot; or more only where a roof joist was covered. The average was far less than the specified 7and quot;. The walls were supposed to average 5and quot; and I measured 3-4and quot;. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention they were very responsive and, although it took a while to get them back out to complete the job, the end result was very satisfactory. I think the foam is a great solution to a tough attic problem and I would definitely use these folks again, although with close monitoring of the job.
12/13 Update: Now that we have had a few snowfalls this winter I can share that I am really impressed with the spray-on insulation. We only needed new insulation in one troublesome portion of our attic. The remainder has very adequate fiberglass insulation and plenty of ventilation. After a few snow and thaw cycles, it is obvious that the spray insulation does a far better job. The snow on the sprayed portion of the roof is thicker right after the snowfall and stays far longer than on the rest of the roof, indicating far less heat transfer from inside the house. Also, the attic is toasty warm. Although a bit pricy, this is a really good product.
