"I recently hired Tops Roofing & Remodeling to replace the roof on my mother's house in Erie, PA. She applied for financing which first required Tops to jump through a few hurdles to qualify as a contractor for that financing. Tom was thoroughly responsive to those requests for information from the lender and did so in a timely manner. During the roof installation, Tom stayed in contact with me by phone to provide daily progress updates and scope of work updates. Since I live out of town, the communication provided during this entire process was absolutely necessary for me to get this done. I needed a contractor who I could communicate with and trust that things were getting done the way we agreed to and thankfully that company is Tops Roofing and Remodel. We also appreciated the respect and professionalism of the crew and are happy with the finished product."

"When about 20 tiles were ripped off the roof by The Big Wind the other day I had to scramble to get it fixed before the rain and snow came again. These guys came in same day I called to check the roof and bid replacing it since it's 25 years old. I had a bid from last year already when I had needed a repair. This company's bid was significantly lower... I'm talking less than half the other companies bid. The sales guy showed me what they would do on his IPAD. They put padding/insulation down under the new shingles so even if they would blow off water will still not get in. 25 year warranty. The work looked and ended up being extremely professional. They came that night to repair the roof free of charge since I had contracted for the new one. Then they called a few days later to schedule the new roof. Sent 6 guys and had the whole thing done in one day. Looks great If you need a new roof definitely get a bid from these guys."

When the date was set to have the new roof installed the materials were delivered and the contractors pulled in, it took a total of 3 hours from the time the materials arrived, and the roof was put on and a complete sweep of the yard. Rick and his crew were very professional and friendly. I plan on having a metal roof put on the shed and garage in the next few years and will be giving Spencer a call when I'm ready to get them done. "Serhii and his crew did a fantastic job on our roof, which included removal of old asphalt shingles, replacing areas of wood that were damaged, and complete install if new roof including ice guard, drip edge, step flashing, new boots over vent stacks and asphalt shingle install. Their crew was very professional and polite and followed thru with everything that was included in the quote. They also did a great job with cleanup. Our roof is approximately 25 +/- squares… all work was completed in one day. Fantastic job! The price was very good as well! Highly recommended if you are looking for a new roof 👍👍👍👍"

They they were very knowledgeable. About the job. He explained everything that was in the contract and what would be provided, and he patiently answered all of my questions. His crew came in and worked it took one day for them to complete the roof. They were very careful in checking our property to make sure that everything was cleaned up. We and they removed all the debris that they had from the roofing project. They were great to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"I had a different contractor changing the profile of part of the roof of our house and they found that the existing rubber roof was not in good condition beyond the area they were scheduled to replace. That contractor allowed me a credit for the part they would have replaced and I contracted with Erie Custom Exteriors to put metal roofing on the whole house. Don was responsive on my need to get a quote and then to get the work done within a reasonable time because, while not an "emergency", part of my finish roofing had already been removed. The work went well and the attention to details was good. In addition to the metal roofing installation itself, they opened the roof to restore a broken/missing plumbing vent and also replaced a rusted kitchen exhaust vent. While they were not the lowest quote, I consider the quality of their work to be worth the difference."

"So I had lead paint in some places of my residence, Enis and his crew provided quality work, were professional, and were very time efficient! They put all new vinyl siding around my house, covered the facias and door borders with metal, replaced our windows throughout the house with new windows, put some new doors on, replaced our basement windows, redid our basement steps and much more! They cleaned up everything nicely and their communication is really good! The house looks brand new! Also just to note a little later on I called them back to replace the attic windows and they also did an amazing job! I would 100% recommend! You won't regret it!"
