"Mike from New Again Flooring came on a Saturday to give us an estimate. By Thursday, Mike and Shawn were tearing out 30 year old carpet and sanding the 70 year old hardwood floors. He took time to hand sand the stains and did a great job. Mike and Shawn came to the house on time and even worked late one night just to accommodate my ill mother. Mike understood the needs of a dementia patient and how difficult it was for her to be displaced into unfamiliar surroundings. He answered all of my phone calls and did exactly what he said he would do and then some! They stared on a Thursday afternoon and we were back home by Saturday. Shawn came back to the house after the job was done and moved all the furniture back in place for us. Amazing! The concrete work was barely acceptable, but I did to complete the job. I feel the weather was used, sometimes as a means to complete other jobs he's started. Once they got going though, they went pretty quick, and his construction skills was good."
