The roofing crew and owner were at my house early the morning scheduled for the roof replacement. The new roof was installed in one day and looks great! The workers were careful with my vinyl windows and hedge bushes. The workmanship and clean up was excellent. The total cost was fair and reasonable.  I will be using Middle Georgia Roofing for other projects.  The company met all my expectations.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
