"Be Patient check prices and compare the overall project before awarding job to any company. If you are in a hurry and do not get at least 3-4 bids you might chose the wrong person and regret it later. The cheapest is not always the best guy for the job. Ex. The guy I almost went with was the cheapest but did not have insurance on his workers which could have cost more if an accident would have happen. The more expensive guy was using cheaper material and his material was from China. I went with the forth guy I called and he was more honest and truthful about his business, material, and when asked about if his workers were insured he showed me how much insurance he carries on his business. The other 3 men I spoke with just wanted to talk about the price and refused to answer my question as to if they carried insurance on their workers. one guy just never showed up to my house even after he stated he would and then refused to answer his phone or take any messages. That signaled a red flag to me."

"I was considering 3 companies to do the work. They provided the best deal. The installation went very smoothly; finished in a day. Very happy with the process to that point. Had some problems with some logistics afterward. The papers weren't processed properly to iniitally run the solar panels (it took 2 months till we figured out the electric company hadn't 'turned on' the panels). There was also some problems with the paperwork for the tax rebates that slowed things down. I talked to the owner Mark, who was very sorry for the problems and offered a small refund, even though we don't really know what happened. He wanted to be sure I was a happy customer, which I am. I was impressed by his professionalism. However, I'm still not seeing the savings that I was told. I've had my house energy audited, installed Nest thermostats, and still not seeing a major decrease in my KWh usage. I took time to investigate cost and options and requested quotes from various companies. I am a family physician and if you know doctors, we donâ t usually jump the gun unless we are well informed. The foam insulation (and yes, I physically went up in my attic and inspected it, from corner to corner) is seamless and encases the full attic space including the attic space above my garage and above a very tight front room. Brav Co Energy also provided a warranty on the foam installation. I can feel the difference in the cooling and heating of the house- the unit does not turn on as often and does not sustain on. I get weekly usage emails from my electricity company and this month I am predicted to considerably save on electricity costs. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
