"Technician one got my dryer back after an ill attempt on my part to do a DIY . Then diagnosed the trouble with my washer and ordered a part. In a couple of days a different technician came to put in the new part to find out that this did not get the washer going. After calling the manufacturer, technician #2 then discovered that when this certain part needs replacing, so does another part. Part # 2 was ordered and replaced the next day. Still no working washer! Another call to the manufacturer led to replacing the control board. After another day of installing the new control board, my washer worked. I was deeply frustrated with all the time I was taking off from work to get my washer fixed, however I was greatly appreciative of Mr. Appliance of Brazil, Indiana of their professionalism and sincere apology for the time it took and what appeared to be a misdiagnosis . What I truly appreciated was the integrity of this company to admit their error and they kept to their original quote to replace the first part. So after multiple trips and three parts, I paid for the quoted price to service the washer and replace part #1. About a week later, I received a thank you gift of yummy hard butter toffee candies.
