"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. Once work began, Kevin kept us informed, was very efficient and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stamped patio and pre-cast concrete stairs that he installed. "James and his crew installed a beautiful professional grade new driveway at our 3-family condo. It makes our house stand out and allows for landscaping improvements throughout the yard. The edging and seal of the asphalt against the house foundation looks especially well-done. The driveway between our house and the neighbors is narrow and very difficult to work within but James and his crew handled it with ease. Paperwork was scarce with Public Hot Top. We initially went with them because the estimate of 1k lower than others. After some discussion they verbally committed to working within our budget which was several hundred dollars below the estimate. On paving day they pushed hard for 1k payment over initial estimate due to added material expense. Feel that they lowballed the estimate to win business - advise getting price guarantees in advance."

"Terrific. Pavers are very hard to get. Our first choice wasn't going to be available until 2021. Pat our salesperson helped us find an alternative that we liked even more. Pat also helped us redesign the driveway and the paver installation at the two entrances to our home. Our trust in his concepts was well deserved. The project turned out better than we had hoped for. "Very well but the only thing is there is a noticeable stripe running straight down the driveway that effects the overall appearance.I regret I did not called about the long stripe when I noticed it the next day but they had to be aware it looked like that when they finished the job. "I have 18.5 acres of undeveloped land in New Hampshire that had been "select cut" for timber years ago. It was left with stumps and debris mixed in amongst ledge and a lot of sloped ground. Jon from Spike Inc was able to clear a homesite from this mess, and plan for an ICF home to be built in this rugged terrain. Along the way Spike Inc has helped me to overcome many obstacles while completing the following: -trenching 680+ feet of underground electrical line and installing the pipe to hold it, and building the pedestal and transformer required by the electric company -trenching and installing a water line to the foundation site from a well -build a new driveway to the homesite again battling ledge and sloped ground -rough out the septic area and plan for install -oversee the planning and building of an ICF structure(footing in place) The Spike Inc crew has worked on the property at different points during this year and overcome one of the rainiest summers in New Hampshire history. Jon and the Spike crew were flexible and accommodating so that I could be present during almost all of the work. It has been awesome to be a part of the whole process.
