"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. "I am writing to share my positive experience with Jon. He was punctual, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. Despite my house being older, Jon successfully replaced the outside faucets with frost-free models that are up to code. He also relocated the inside shut-off valve for easier access. Additionally, he successfully rerouted a new line from my kitchen sink to install a new faucet outside, correcting a previous installation that was poorly placed with an inaccessible shut-off valve. Although he encountered challenges at almost every stage of the project, he was able to resolve them all. Jon’s customer service and expertise are exceptional. "Highly recommend Stephen. I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain despite using a plunger, Drain-O, a 25' snake, and everything I could think of using. I called numerous plumbers and Stephen was one of the few who was able to give me a quote (other quotes I received were at least twice as much) and showed up first thing the next morning. He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. On top of all of this he ended up charging me less than quoted and even cleaned up around the sink. If you need a plumber, definitely give Stephen a call. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
