"The decision to replace a roof is a big one, and Peak Roofing helped guide us every step of the way in the process. We had an old failing metal roof on our rental property. Damian, one of the partners, walked us through every step of the process and was very patient with all of the questions that my grandfather and I posed. He was very quick to fit us into the schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding a type of roofing membrane that would fit well onto our style roof (lean-to flat roof). Tony, the other partner of the company accommodated the drop off location of the down payment, and even met us at our home so that my grandfather did not have to drive at night. On the day that the work commenced (and was completed!), Carlos, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the day of all progress. The team they brought along were so quick, efficient, and safe. They protected all utilities during construction and cleaned up before leaving. They will be coming back to install gutters on the home as well, soon as a few other projects get done. I am happy that they are able and willing to phase the work into different days. I would recommend Peak Roofing to anyone! They are professional and attentive. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
