"Cameron came by and asked a few questions, he rooted out the drain for $180. He did a good job, however I provided a C rating on pricing, because in past similar type jobs I would pay about half as much. I will hire again and see if the price equalizes. If no, I will look else where. I will be re-modeling and need a good plumber at a good price."

"They lost their tool inside our house so they had to come back and left quite a mess in my backyard trying to get it out. They left a big hole in the ground that we are trying to fill with dirt. They were very nice but we felt that their equipment should not have fallen apart inside our house. They did not charge us anything for trying to fix the problem; they just charged us for cleaning the sewer. They were very responsive and did their best to fix it but they just did not fill the hole that they put in. They did put in a new sewer cleanout and did not charge us for it so we appreciate it. We probably will not use them in the future."

"We had used this company once before and were very pleased with their price, and speed. So when our kitchen drain stopped up we didn't hesitate to call them again. The owner and his son came out on the next day, a Friday, and tried to open the drain, the owner was on crutches and directed his son on how to proceed. They were unsuccessful in unstopping the drain as it had a great deal of grease in it, but poured some stuff in it and said they'd be back on Tuesday when another son could help. We were told that we had a big problem and all the pipe under the sink would have to be replaced, that we had broken collars, plus the d/w drain hose was leaking. <br /> On Monday afternoon we received a call, the guy, not one of the ones who had come before, asked if he could come out and we said yes. He arrived promptly and brought in a lot of new plastic pipe. He went right to work reaming out the drain. After a couple of hours he said he was finished and gave us a bill for $310. $40 for two bottles or cans of and quot;stuffand quot; and $270 for labor. He didn't use the new pipe he brought in, but did replace two collars, I didn't see the collars listed on the bill so I guess they were free. I asked him about the pipe not being replaced and he said it didn't need it, he had fixed it. I asked about the d/w drain and he said he didn't see a leak. I guess the price was fair for the time spent, but now I wonder if anything has been truly fixed or will I have problems in the future. Oh, I found one of the unused pieces of pipe under the sink, guess that was free too. <br /> I'm glad the drain is unstopped but rather confused about what I was told vs what was done. <br /> <br />"

"I hired Mr Rooter to address the issue of sewage backing up into our tubs and showers. Graham showed up and was very professional and talked me through every step of the process, especially I know nothing about plumbing and it's an old house. He ended up having to use a LOT of his snake to get the clog cleared (105ft!) but he got it done! He told us how to prevent this occurring again in the future. Very happy with my service!"
